Inclusive stories can be funny too

Join us on 17 June for a free online panel hosted by IBC and acclaimed author Rashmi Sirdeshpande, exploring why inclusive children’s books don’t always have to teach a lesson. Our lives aren’t lived as learning points, and the books children read shouldn’t always have to be either. Rashmi will be in conversation with panellists Claire Linney, Ramzee, Eric Huang and Saira Shah.

We’ll be talking about humour, joy and the freedom to write inclusive stories that are, above all, a brilliant read.
