Hi there. If you are looking to return or exchange any of our products, please read the below.

1. e-mail clairelinneyauthor@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning / exchanging and we will respond with your returns / exchange / refund options

2. Due to being a small business, any postage cost with a return or exchange will need to be incurred by the customer 

Once a return has been received you will be refunded within 2-3 days.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Any personalised or signed items cannot be returned

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
